Heston Primary is a 2-form entry school located within the London Borough of Hounslow. We have a nurturing environment and are dedicated to providing high quality teaching with modern facilities and extensive grounds. This school was rated as ‘Good’ in our November 2023 OFSTED inspection.

Heston Primary School is now looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and excellent EYFS Teacher to join our friendly and motivated team.

Overview of the role

You’ll be an experienced Primary Teacher delivering the foundation phase curriculum whilst planning, preparing and teaching lessons; an understanding of classroom management, curriculum knowledge and delivery of feedback is key.  Ideally you will have experience of inducting/mentoring staff engaging in a school-based route to achieving Qualified Teacher Status.

Key requirements

Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent qualification.

Passion and commitment for inspiring through teaching and learning.

Solid knowledge of the foundation phase in line with the relevant curriculum.

The ability to build on and develop existing best practice knowledge.

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
