Key Stage Two - Timetable
 KS2 Morning: 

 8.50am - 12.15pm

 Morning Break:   10.45am - 11.00am
 Afternoon:   1.15pm - 3.30pm  Lunch Break:   12.15pm - 1.15pm

 For KS2, Assembly takes place from 10:45am - 11:00am Monday to Thursday.

On Friday, there is a whole school Assembly which takes place from 2:30pm - 3.00pm.

 KS1 Morning:   8.55am - 12 noon   Morning Break:   10.25am - 10.40am
 Afternoon:   1pm - 3.25pm  Lunch Break:   12 noon - 1pm

 For KS1, assembly takes place from 10.30am - 10.40am Monday to Thursdy.

On Friday, there is a whole school Assembly which takes place from 2:30pm - 3.00pm.

Nursery Morning Session:  8.45am - 11.45am Nursery Afternoon Session:  12.30pm - 3.30pm

 Teaching staff are on duty from 8.40am - 3.40pm
 EYFS attends assembly only when appropriate

 

  • The School Day

    Wrap around care at Heston Primary School is provided by Heston In The Community.  They are on site from 07.45am to 08.45am and 3.30pm to 5.30pm daily.  Should you wish to book wrap around care for your child please contact Heston ITC by visiting https://hestonfcbookings.magicbooking.co.uk or Wraparoundcare@hestonitc.com.  You are also able to book by  telephone 07514 698394 .

    The official school day starts and finishes at the following times:

    Morning Nursery 08.45am – 11.45am

    Afternoon Nursery 12.30pm – 3.30pm

    Reception 8.55am to 3.20pm

    KS1 (Years 1 & 2) 8.55am – 3.20pm

    KS2 (Years 3 to 6) 8.50am – 3.30pm

    Morning break times are at 10.30am to 10.45am for KS1 and 10.50am to 11.05am for KS2.  The afternoon break is at 2pm – 2.15pm for KS1 pupils.

    Lunch times are staggered as follows:

    Reception: 11.30am to 12.30pm

    KS1: 12 noon to 1pm

    KS2:  12.15pm to 1.15pm

    At the end of the school day pupils are collected by nominated contacts only.  Parents/Carers are asked to provide names of the adults who are authorised to collect their children.  A list is kept by each class teacher who will not allow a child to leave with anyone who is not recorded.  Parents/Carers are able to update these permissions by emailing or telephoning the school office.

    The school office is open Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm.

  • School Meals

    Meals are provided by Chartwells and must be ordered by Sunday evening for the week ahead.  Every day there is a choice including a Vegetarian and Halal option.  Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are eligible for a free school meal under the Universal Free School Meals scheme.  Families are able to apply for benefit related free school meals via the Local Authority website www.hounslow.gov.uk.  Children are able to bring a packed lunch to school; the contents should be nourishing, healthy and nut free.  Drinking water is provided for children during the lunch break and is available in classrooms during the day.
